1.1. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may return or seek a refund for products purchased on Football Wallcharts (https://www.football-wallcharts.co.uk).
2. Returns (printed wallcharts)
2.1. We accept returns within 5 days of the purchase date.
2.2. To be eligible for a return (printed wallcharts), the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in a hard-back envelope. Printed wallcharts must have no additional folds in.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Returns (digital files)
3.1. No refunds.
4. Refunds (printed wallcharts)
4.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
4.2. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
5. Exchanges
5.1. We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.
6. Damaged or defective items
6.1. In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us. We cannot be held accountable if goods are damaged in transit.
6.2. We may request photo evidence of the damaged or defective item before issuing a return label.
6.3. A replacement will be processed upon receiving the damaged or defective item.
