2. Processing time
2.1. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays.
2.2 Digital files will be emailed to you (via the email address you use during checkout) within 2 business days.
3. Shipping rates
3.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
3.2 Shipping charges do not apply to digital files.
4. Shipping destinations
4.1. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.
5. Delivery time estimates
5.1. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
5.2. Standard delivery for printed wallcharts within the UK is typically 2 – 5 business days (taking into account the 2 days order processing time).
5.3 Digital files will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your file within 2 business days, please check your spam/junk folders. If you have still not received your file(s), please contact us using the details below.
6. Tracking information
6.1. Tracking information is not available for wallcharts that are posted (A2, A3 and A4). No tracking is available for digital files which are emailed. However, if you have not received your file, we are happy to provide proof that the email was sent via a screenshot.
7. Delays and issues
7.1. For printed wallcharts, Football Wallcharts is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the courier, Royal Mail.
7.2 If you do not receive your digital file(s) to your email address, we will try another email address for you. There are no alternative methods of delivering digital files.
7.2 Football Wallcharts is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays or natural disasters.
8. Lost or stolen packages
8.1. Football Wallcharts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order.
9. Address accuracy
9.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
10. Shipping confirmation
10.1. Please ensure that your provided email address is correct. Order confirmation will be sent to you upon purchase. There will be no shipping confirmation email.
